Arming the Impacted

Empowering Male Survivors

Arming the Impacted is dedicated to empowering male survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. We provide comprehensive support, including legal, psychological, and financial resources, to help survivors reclaim their lives and thrive. Our mission is to dismantle stigma, close service gaps, and create trauma-informed systems while advocating for policies that protect children and prevent cycles of violence in families and communities. We have compiled a team of individuals dedicated to these efforts.

After a decade in financial sales and administration, she was laid off following a corporate buyout in 2013, which led her to launch a successful event planning and catering business, Exotic Enterprises LLC (doing business as New Jersey Premier Party Group), though she continued searching for a greater purpose. In 2018, she returned to school, completing her Associate’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management in one year, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in the same field at Fairleigh Dickinson University in the same timeframe, and later earned a Master’s degree with certification in Global Emergency Management Administration in 2021, inspired by the impacts of 9/11 and Superstorm Sandy. Alongside her professional and academic achievements, Jayme serves as the Republican Representative for District 39 in Brick, New Jersey, is a member of several academic honor and business fraternities, volunteers as an Emergency Advocate with the Ocean County Sexual Assault Response Team, and donates her time cooking for various nonprofits and civil servants.
